Transforming Lives: The Lead Out Foundation's Remarkable Success Stories

We are proud to share the inspiring success stories that illuminate the tangible and positive change being brought about in the lives of individuals with disabilities and mobility impairments. These success stories are a testament to the Foundation's commitment to making a meaningful difference in the world. Each narrative serves as a beacon of hope, revealing the profound impact that grants and support can have on the lives of those facing unique challenges.

Meet zane

Zane is 6 and just upgraded from an adaptive stroller to a pediatric wheelchair with the hopes that he will learn to self-propel. Zane’s home isn’t wheelchair friendly to allow for Zane to travel safely and comfortably on his own. The Lead Out Foundation was able to install a ramp in his home to allow him to be more independent as he grows and explores. We are so happy to make this happen for Zane and his family.

Meet jordyn

Jordan is 16, living with Spina Bifida, and is mostly on her own. She was on a mission to drive independently, and the Lead Out Foundation was thrilled to support her efforts in purchasing an accessible van fully equipped with hand controls!

Meet SavANNAH

Our organization was able to provide Savannah with an adaptive tricycle, addressing her unique mobility challenges that prevented her from enjoying the simple pleasure of riding a traditional bicycle. These adaptive tricycles can often be prohibitively expensive, making them a difficult aspiration for many families. However, we believe in making dreams come true. This tricycle not only offers Savannah the chance to have fun with her sister but also contributes significantly to her physical and mental well-being. At The Lead Out Foundation, we are dedicated to fostering positive change in the lives of individuals like Savannah, and her story exemplifies our commitment to creating brighter and more inclusive futures for all.

A note from her Savannah’s Mom

“We are so thankful for the Lead Out Foundation. They were able to get Savannah an adaptive tricycle. Due to mobility issues Savannah cannot ride a traditional bike. This is something we have been trying to get, but unfortunately, they are expensive. This will be something fun she "can do with her sister. Also, it will help Savannah physically and mentally.”
